We are seeking energetic Senior Delphi/C++ developer to join our broadcast software application development team in the Birmingham, Alabama location. This person will play a key role in maintaining n-tier software architecture and core application architecture under the supervisor’s guidance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.


• 2-3 years experience in software development disciplines.
  

• Proficiency in C++. Delphi experience strongly preferred.


• Excellent understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts.
  
  
• Skilled in bridging the gap between functional requirements and technical architecture to establish estimates and deliver quality work based on those estimates.
  
  
• A team player who is ready to help the team.
  
  
• Strong relational database knowledge, SQL Server SPs coding experience.
  
  
• Program in a highly efficient manner and follow departmental coding standards in developing and maintaining programs.
  
  
• Very good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
  
• Knowledge and experience with good software engineering practices and formal development methodologies.
  
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.
