Gary Coats
Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Gary Coats leads Marketron's operations that develop, sell and support the Marketron Radio solution as well as the Marketron TV and Business Intelligence systems.

He joined Marketron International in 2002 as Vice President of Operations for the Hailey division. In this role he oversaw the operation's client support center, implementation programs and Marketron University.

Coats brings more than 15 years of service industry operations experience to Marketron International. Prior to joining the Company, Coats was Vice President of Operations for LesConcierges, the world leader in assistance-based loyalty solutions; General Manager at Carlson companies, a $60 million division of the world's third largest travel company; CEO of Worldwide Assistance, a French-owned company delivering insurance and emergency international repatriation and evacuation services; and Sr. Director of Operations for a $1 billion travel company serving the government and military markets.

Coats received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Almeda College in California.
