- Integration layer. Marketron Exchange provides a foundation for disparate systems to connect as well as industry standard adapters to further facilitate connectivity.
- Technology you can trust. Marketron Exchange uses Microsoft BizTalk Server to shuttle information seamlessly among different business systems. Some of the most sophisticated businesses in the world rely on BizTalk for its reliability, security and scalability. Industry-standard data formats developed by the RAB and AAAA allow quicker integration with a wide array of business data consumers.
Marketron Exchange Services
- Orders and Invoices Service. Say goodbye to paper order transfers, faxes and other slow, error-prone methods of placing buys. Finally buyers and sellers are connected electronically. Marketron Exchange Orders and Invoices Service also cuts discrepancies by reducing mistakes made in order entry saving time, money and credibility. We can electronically connect to bring in orders from virtually every agency in the U.S. through partners such as Donovan, Strata and Katz. We also connect to your local direct business through partners such as Arbitron. Electronically send invoices to any agency or advertiser that requests them.
- National Schedule Verification. Currently an included service provided with a Marketron Exchange contract for the Orders and Invoices Service. Exact spot times are returned to Katz Media Group for use in its national schedule initiative.
- Proof of Performance. Service that allows stations to email advertisers and agencies with scheduled, aired, posted and invoiced spot information on demand or on a pre-determined schedule. Emails are station branded and can appear to originate from each AE with a customized marketing message for a personal touch, strengthening the relationship with the buyer.
- Local Audience Verification. Provides the ability to track promised campaign performance against the actual audience delivery information from Arbitron. Stations identify underperforming orders and correct them while campaigns are active and before budgets expire. This improves relationships with agencies and enhances station negotiating strength.
- Network Connect. Allows networks to send orders, copy instructions and revisions to their station affiliates electronically, eliminating discrepancies and reducing manual labor. Performance affidavit information is returned to the network automatically. Integration is available to over 90% of U.S. networks through our partnership with Counterpoint.
