Marketron Appoints Eric Treworgy as Vice President of Sales

Software Veteran Brings Three Decades of Sales, Technology and Leadership Experience to Executive Team

HAILEY, Idaho - February 8, 2011 - Marketron, the leading provider of business software solutions and services for the media industry, today announced the appointment of Eric Treworgy as Vice President of Sales. In this position, Eric is responsible for worldwide sales of all Marketron products and services. Eric comes to Marketron with over 30 years of experience in sales management, working with small and mid-market to Fortune 500 companies on their selection of enterprise software solutions ranging from emerging to established technologies. Eric joins Marketron from STRIVE International where he served as CEO.

Eric has proven experience in growing and managing software sales teams, leading them to significant market growth throughout his career. Prior to joining Marketron, Eric served as CEO of STRIVE International, a nonprofit that teaches work skills to the unemployed, where he doubled program revenue, closing over $14 million in new grants in 2009. Eric has also served as Vice President of Sales at ToolsGroup, an inventory service level optimization software company, and Vice President of Sales at Proficiency, Inc. For over 20 years prior, Eric held Vice President of Sales positions at software technology companies including i2 Technologies and Optimax.
