MARKETRON RADIO WINS TOP HONORS IN INITIAL TDGA SATISFACTION SURVEY RESULTS Marketron Ranks #1 in Overall Client Satisfaction; Scores an 8.59 Rating on a 10-Point ScaleBurlingame, Calif.—May 3, 2004—Marketron International today announced that it has earned top honors in the first release of results of an independent survey conducted by the Traffic Directors Guild of America (TDGA). According to the findings published on April 30, 2004, the Marketron Radio system outranked its four leading competitors in overall client satisfaction, earning an 8.59 rating on a 10-point scale. Marketron also scored the top ratings in satisfaction with the quality of support and reporting. The TDGA is a professional organization of television and radio traffic managers. The group conducts an annual traffic system satisfaction survey among its members. The initial findings were published on April 30 at the TDGA website (www.tdga.org) and included results from 135 respondents who evaluated the five leading Radio traffic systems. TDGA plans to release results on 18 other radio and television traffic systems in the coming weeks and months. Additional data released from the remaining surveys may alter final standings. Marketron outperformed its leading radio traffic competitors in the following categories:
“Marketron is extremely proud to have earned such high marks from our clients,” said Mike Jackson, CEO of Marketron International. “We are committed to developing great technology and services that make a real difference to our clients. Our company of more than 250 people includes a development staff that exceeds 90 members who continually enhance our product offerings to support evolving user needs. We field an equally large client services staff, which includes implementation, call center support and training teams. TDGA’s initial survey results validate Marketron’s leadership, but more importantly, they demonstrate that our clients believe we deliver great value.” About the Marketron Radio Solution: Connecting the Broadcast Enterprise Marketron Radio enterprise solutions integrate all departments and business processes across a station into a single system and database. Integration enables the sales, traffic and business departments to more easily share information, better optimize inventory and increase revenues. Storing sales and inventory information in a common database allows for real-time access to data. Corporate managers can check numbers for individual stations or the entire group from their desktop; sales managers can make informed approval decisions in seconds; traffic directors can manage available inventory more effectively because they have the most complete information. Connecting all departments electronically also eliminates redundant data entry and associated errors.
