Marketron University Overview

Marketron University provides interactive training to our software users, enabling them to realize the greatest competitive advantages our solutions can provide; in fact, stations that employ Marketron-certified personnel maximize revenue more effectively. We offer an array of courses that cover topics relevant to both new and long-time users of our solutions. Our certification packages are designed for Traffic, Programming, Business, Sales and Continuity Managers and personnel.

Students receive comprehensive instruction on Marketron software from a Marketron University trainer using our e-Learning platform. The training package includes Training Outlines and a Mastery of Skills assessment. After completing the training, graduates receive a letter of achievement and certificate. Instruction takes one of two forms:

• Online instructor led training: Training is conducted live via Internet and conference call technology. Participants only need an Internet connection with a standard web browser to view the instructor's presentation and a separate phone line to listen to and participate in the lesson. Students can ask questions and benefit from learning with peers in other offices without incurring travel costs. Broadcasters may select from a variety of proven Marketron University courses or request custom-built sessions tailored to specific needs and interests.

• Face-to-face training: Marketron University offers customized, in-person training sessions on-site and at our Hailey, Idaho location.
