Access to this and other security functions is limited to users with an Administrator level. The User List shows all users authorized to use Visual Traffic. To define a new user, click the New icon on the toolbar. To view or change the properties of an existing user, first highlight the user and then click the Properties icon on the toolbar. Either icon opens the User Properties dialog.
