If a contracted order has any preempted spots—spots that were scheduled but are now marked missed-unresolved, missed with makegood, or missed without makegood— you can view the Makegood-Preemption Report for that contract from within the Sales Order module. This makes it easier to keep track of preempted spots and communicate makegood information from the client to the Traffic staff.
To view the Makegood-Preemption report for the currently opened contract, click the Makegood Report button on the View Toolbar. The report is generated for the length of the contract, and it displays all currently preempted spots for all involved stations.
NOTE - The Makegood Report button will be inactive if the currently opened contract does not have any makegood-preempted spots.
