When you first access Visual Traffic Utilities, you must login as a user. You do that by entering your user name and password. If you haven’t been assigned a user name and password, you can’t get into VT Utilities. Users are defined by System Administrators using the utility Edit Users , accessed from the Utilities File Menu > Security Functions sub-menu.
VT Security Preferences may lock you out of VT Utilities after a given number of failed logins. When that happens, you’ll either have to wait for the lockout to time out, or contact a System Administrator to clear the lockout.
