Makegood-Preemption Report
Any user who has been given the “Can Create Makegoods” permission in Setup Editor’s User Setup>Task Groups tab can create makegoods for their missed-unresolved spots referenced by missed spot notifications. The user can also choose to designate a missed-unresolved spot as missed, thereby indicating that it will not or cannot be made good. In either case, these actions will be communicated back to Traffic and the status of the involved spots will be updated accordingly. The Makegood Report will display all makegoods and preempted spots.
