Launch KitWeek 2: Kickoff and training
Where the program goes from setup to momentum. The corporate sponsor sends the official kickoff communication, markets get trained, the platform gets configured and execution begins.
Week 2 is the biggest week of the launch
Last week you built the map. This week your markets start moving. Your corporate sponsor sends the kickoff communication, your teams get trained, your platform gets configured and markets begin executing the standard. By Friday, this program is no longer a plan. It’s in motion.

If Templates A and B have not been sent, review and distribute them before moving forward.

Platform and workflow setup
Don’t skip steps, and don’t rush this section. A clean platform setup is what makes the advertiser experience smooth, and it’s what makes reconciliation truly automatic.
