Chief Executive Officer
Jim has 25 years of leadership in technology and software companies. He co-led the process to acquire Marketron as part of Diversis Capital and spent the past three years as an operating partner, board member and advisor. Jim was the founder and CEO of CrownPeak Technology, the first cloud provider of Web Content Management. Before that, Jim worked for USWeb/CKS and successor company MarchFIRST, where he rose to partner and then ran sales and operations for the western U.S. In the late 90s, Jim was a founding member of one of the first internet technology companies, W3-design. He holds special advisory and board roles for several prominent software companies and is on the advisory committee for Santa Monica-based incubators Amplify and Mucker Labs.
As senior vice president of product, Jimshade is responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, user experience and customer adoption across Marketron’s portfolio of products. Jimshade brings extensive product experience in the mobile, entertainment and video streaming areas. The products he’s worked on have received numerous accolades, including “Best of Show at CES” and “CES Best Video Product.” He spent the previous decade prior to joining Marketron, leading product organizations in highly competitive industries, most recently as the vice president of product and partnerships for Sling TV, the nation’s first and leading live OTT streaming service.
As senior vice president of sales, Todd Kalman oversees revenue development, sales and account management across all product lines. With more than 20 years of senior radio sales leadership at iHeartMedia and CBS Radio, Todd knows every aspect of the broadcast business, including national, local, digital, programming and operations. This translates into customizing the best solutions to meet each customer’s needs and helping shape Marketron’s pipeline of products and services for optimal customer benefit. Todd has trained and mentored hundreds of salespeople and driven station revenues to exceed budget. He is always eager to use his experience to help customers achieve success.
GM Radio, SVP Client Services
As general manager for Marketron’s radio division and senior vice president of client services, Jeff London oversees traffic and payment solutions and services, customer success, implementations and training, support services and IT functions. Focused on ensuring responsive, exceptional service, Jeff brings two decades of practical experience and success in a breadth of roles at Marketron. These include customer success, professional services, product management, customer support, implementations, digital ad ops, continuous improvement, human resources, marketing, quality control, business operations and analysis, contract management and business development. Prior to joining Marketron, London led and managed business operations for media companies in the internet, print and broadcast industries.
GM Digital, SVP Marketing
As general manager for Marketron’s digital division and senior vice president of marketing, Bo focuses on adopting and expanding Marketron’s digital platform by increasing customer adoption, engagement and market share across 7,000 customers. Her team is responsible for strategic, data-focused demand generation, nurture and retention programs. Prior to Marketron, Bo managed marketing and communications strategy and execution, including demand generation, brand management, media relations, marketing promotions, social media strategy and execution, special events and digital programs for both B2B and B2C companies, including aviation tech companies, technology startups, video game giants, telecoms, and healthcare non-profits.
GM REV, VP Solutions
As general manager for Marketron REV and vice president of solutions, Greg works with clients to ensure all of Marketron’s offerings are put to great use. His team is responsible for providing professional services associated with Marketron products — scoping, delivering and ensuring the success of both onboarding and tuning projects for our clients. Prior to Marketron, Greg managed Customer Success, professional services, and support for dozens of high-growth SaaS organizations.
