Summary

Broadcasters turn to Marketron when seeking to jump start and fast-track their integrated media sales efforts!  In this full-time position, the Integrated Media Strategist (IMS) leads these initiatives by immersing oneself into a radio or TV group’s culture and its people, simultaneously wearing the hats of trainer, coach, and subject matter expert throughout a typical 6-to-12-month engagement. The IMS is a professional services resource to the broadcaster, responsible for partnering with sales leadership to generate and grow digital marketing service revenue for the client company.

The Integrated Media Strategist is equally conversant regarding the benefits of both traditional and digital media, and displays proven success at selling a large portfolio of third-party digital media solutions, including but not limited to Targeted Display, Geofencing, OTT/CTV, Paid Search (SEM), Social Media, Streaming Audio, Digital Video, and YouTube TrueView ads. They will have a robust digital acumen and be highly skilled at conducting high level consultative conversations with digital agencies, media buyers and local business owners. In addition, the IMS has superior knowledge of new and emerging digital advertising technologies and strategies.

Essential Duties (including but not limited to the following):

  • Collaborates with corporate and/or local sales leaders to ensure consistency in sales methodology, terminology, and other client-driven criteria.
  • Leads a series of sales training sessions to implement go-to-market strategies for both sales process and a variety of digital products.
  • The IMS works with Account Executives on strategizing for sales calls, developing proposals and digital strategies, assisting on sales calls and developing opportunities that drive customer results.
  • Remotely assist local account executives in “four-legged” call situations.
  • Develop effective and efficient digital marketing strategies for agencies and direct clients
  • Works with local Sales Managers to ensure deadlines are met and client performance is delivered as promised.
  • Supports an active dialogue with Marketron Client Development Managers to ensure campaigns are aligned with desired customer outcomes.
  • Creativity, flexibility, and ability to change and learn with our industry are also keys to success.
  • Provides ongoing recommendations to Account Executives and clients to upsell and cross-sell multiple digital and broadcast product offerings.

Personal Characteristics and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years sales experience in broadcast and digital media sales

Summary

The Sr. Project Manager brings a mix of demonstrated project management capabilities, exceptional organizational and self-management qualities, strong leadership capabilities, effective written and verbal communication skills and a relentless drive to see customers learn to thrive using Marketron’s software to grow their revenue.

The Sr. Project Manager works proactively with clients to develop and monitor project plans to organize and ensure successful execution of projects to roll out the Sales Cloud system and its peripheral products, integrations and services, ensuring that the client is trained and effectively using the software. The Sr. Project Manager will organize the client and cross-functional teams to provide a high-value and successful onboarding experience that prepares them to transition to the next phase of their customer journey. The Sr. Project Manager serves as the constant and primary point of contact throughout Sales Cloud rollouts and either directly provides solutions or guides customers to resources for solution support, additional training, or other resources necessary for the customer to reach their final implementation objectives and be handed off to Customer Success and our Support teams for post-onboarding initiatives.

In addition, the Sr. Project Manager will serve as an expert in all aspects of the Sales Cloud product setup, assisting in the development of materials and infrastructure to improve customer outcomes and streamline the onboarding process. This person will communicate project status internally and externally and ensure project documentation is updated.  In addition to scheduling and facilitating required meetings, the Sr. Project Manager will effectively manage change requests, identify and manage risks, and escalate issues requiring management attention.  Extensive working knowledge of project management of software installation best practices is necessary for success in this position.

The end goal of the Sr. Project Manager is to drive elevated levels of customer adoption, usage, and satisfaction with the Sales Cloud product. The Sr. Project Manager must be ready and capable of rolling up his/her sleeves, owning the process, and ready to jump in at any stage of the installation project when required.  The Sr. Project Manager owns the onboarding process and the customer relationship during the project and works tirelessly to ensure that customers are informed, prepared, on-time, accountable, and equipped to be moved into a post-onboarding phase on an agreed-upon timetable.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Software Implementation Project Management experience for external customers is required. PMP or similar certification highly regarded.
  • 3+ years of experience in Broadcast or Digital Sales/Operations
  • Deep and proven experience guiding customers through complex processes, collaboratively building and adhering to schedules/timelines, and creating client accountability while owning ultimate project success responsibility

Summary

The Senior Paid Search Analyst manages online campaigns with our primary search partners, Google and Bing.   This position will involve, but is not limited to, creating and monitoring search ads, trafficking and optimizing search ads and keywords on the search network, and managing inventory and production of campaign keyword lists.  This position will also serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert in Paid Search to internal teams as well as to Marketron’s clients and their advertisers.  The Senior Paid Search Analyst will develop and execute strategic and tactical initiatives designed to achieve our clients’ Paid Search program goals.

Essential Duties (Including but not limited to the following):

  • Assist in maximizing campaign exposure to a target audience.
  • Create compelling ad copy within search engine specs with continued testing of creative appeals, messaging and brand positioning.
  • Develop a spending strategy across keyword groups and engine partners.
  • Daily bid-management per keyword/ad group and general placement of client budgets.
  • Execute testing strategies across all major campaign assets or controls for success.
  • Understand client goals and how to maximize those measures of success through tactical strategies and technologies.
  • Generate and assemble internal reports, including front end data and backend accountability.
  • Track and monitor reporting of campaign results daily/weekly/quarterly/yearly basis, including Quarterly Business Reviews and End of Year analysis.
  • Careful attention to salient metrics and price points.
  • Complete activities according to best practices, standard operating procedures, and team member guidance.
  • Monitor and share industry news, online marketing trends, industry tools, and internal cross-team learnings.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with at least 3-5 years of experience working in paid search.
  • Hands on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets from $50k – 150k+.
  • Google AdWords (Fundamentals & Advanced) certifications, additional certifications a plus.
  • Experience with paid search platforms like Matchcraft, Acquisio, Kenshoo.

Primary Responsibilities:
