The Role:

Join an existing UX team that includes both onshore and offshore resources, specifically focused on user research for discovery, user testing for desirability of the vision, and wireframing potential solutions. You will help to complete the skillset of our existing UX team for a full suite of UX capabilities from discovery to execution and visual design.

In this role you will collaborate with our cross-functional team of Product Managers, UX designers, and Product Marketing to uncover and validate opportunities for how to integrate our overall product ecosystem and expand our product offerings. Your insights will directly impact the success of Marketron users and will be used to inform decisions at every stage of the product development cycle.

The work you will own includes, but is not limited to:

  • Plan, lead, and champion UX research projects working across product teams to connect them to user needs
  • Act in a consultative and advisory role to identify research topics and plan research initiatives
  • Lead user research using a wide variety of qualitative methods and a subset of quantitative methods that span exploratory research, design research, and evaluative work
  • Build vision artifacts for user feedback and internal discussions
  • Test desirability through low-fidelity experiments
  • Create wireframes and iterate with clients based on feedback, translates wireframes into initial mockups
  • Craft user personas and customer journey maps
  • Manage projects end-to-end, develop guides and screeners, moderate, analyze, and synthesize results
  • Distill findings into actionable insights and expertly communicate research findings to drive stakeholder decision making across the product org
  • Establish tools and systems to streamline and scale learnings gathered through research so insights can easily be referenced and applied for future projects
  • Create artifacts, educational tools, and processes that help build and evangelize UX Research within the organization
  • Conduct market research tracking industry trends and the competitive landscape as they pertain to our products
  • Be a user advocate, and a source of information on users’ behaviors, needs, and attitudes

We are also looking for someone with relevant experience in the types of products that you will be supporting, including Order Management Systems and Sales tools, ideally in a broadcast or digital advertising environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience conducting UX Research
  • Can provide work samples focused on UX Research
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience with a broad range of modern research methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities to build influence and drive towards a vision
  • Have a strong opinion, grounded in fact on UI / UX / CX
  • Be scrappy and entrepreneurial, thriving in ambiguous environments to deliver outcomes

Summary:

This position will be responsible for overseeing the Accounting/Contracting departments and must have excellent communication and management skills.  The Controller will be responsible for full cycle accounting duties, internal controls, GAAP compliance, external audits, and tax matters.

The right person for this job will have the ability to take accountability for projects from start to finish, has great project management skills, and can delegate appropriately.

Primary Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

You’ll manage the relationship with our ad buying partner Demand Side Platform (DSP), own the programmatic ads roadmap, and work closely with product and engineering teams to augment the digital ad capabilities within our NXT platform.

The Product Manager of Programmatic Ads will:

  • Serve as the team’s subject matter expert on the digital advertising industry in general and on best practices for campaign management of programmatic ads.
  • Understand our users’ needs and pain points by working directly with customers and internal users to collect feedback.
  • Generate requirements and document workflows for ad trafficking and order entry in the NXT platform.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog for the programmatic ads area and collaborate with internal stakeholders to make tradeoffs.
  • Lead bi-weekly sprint planning for the Scrum team.
  • Set the team’s quarterly priorities and participate in scaled Agile quarterly release planning.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum teams to determine interdependencies and plan timing of work to ensure smooth integration of features.
  • Document release notes for digital ad features and coordinate with Product Marketing to complete go-to-market activities, such as training internal teams on the new features that are to be released.
  • Be the expert on and own the relationship with The Trade Desk DSP. This will include facilitating discussion of topics Engineering has surfaced and scheduling roadmap updates from our contact there.
  • Work with the Marketron Ad Operations team to determine ad trafficking settings to elicit optimal campaign performance, and to define requirements for internal-facing features.

Experience & Skills:

We are looking for an experienced software product manager who has worked in the programmatic ad space, ideally with past experience using a DSP, especially The Trade Desk. You’ll be the voice of our customers, the Marketron subject matter expert in the domain, and the product owner for augmenting existing programmatic ad functionality. What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of software product management experience in which you have worked with engineers to develop SasS features.
  • Strong experience working with engineering specifically to build programmatic digital advertising products, such as Display, Video, and location-based targeted ads on mobile, etc.
  • Experience either building functionality in or working with a DSP where experience on The Trade Desk is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working within the Agile Scrum development framework in a Product Manager capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to find solutions to complex problems, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to provide a well-structured rationale.
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.

Summary:

The Senior Client Development Manager (Senior CDM) is focused on customer satisfaction with our digital offerings and expanding the adoption and margin growth within our premium digital account base. The Senior CDM specializes in facilitating our larger, more digitally advanced client’s growth and managing their inherently more complex relationships. The Senior CDM leverages his/her expertise to serve as an advocate internally for our digital clients and marshals resources to meet customer needs where possible.  The Senior CDM is comfortable and excited by having regular conversations with executive-level contacts all the way down to sales reps in the field. The Senior CDM is skilled in de-escalating customers and handling difficult, challenging conversations while serving as a trusted resource and guide on their digital journey.

Essential Duties (Including but not limited to the following):

  • The Sr. CDM serves as the primary contact for our digital customers and is responsible for developing long-term trusted relationships and ensuring customers’ complete satisfaction. In the case where a software customer has an assigned separate CSM, the Senior CDM will coordinate with the CSM to align customer value objectives and achieve daily success.
  • The Sr. CDM is a virtual agent for the customer – performing the majority of his/her duties remotely. In cases where clients may benefit or need in-person support, the Sr. CDM will collaborate with Sr. Director of Digital Strategy to identify opportunities to enlist the services of the Training & Onboarding team.
  • CDMs proactively reach out to, coach and support our customers’ digital sales managers and end-users.
