Summary:

The Senior Systems Administrator performs technical and administrative tasks as part of Marketron’s Platform Operations team. The Sr. Systems Administrator is responsible for configuring, managing, monitoring, troubleshooting, licensing, and updating software assets in Marketron’s production and disaster recovery environments. You will work closely with your team to ensure and maintain platform uptime and adhere to customer SLAs.

Essential Duties (Including but not limited to the following):

  • The position requires an individual to manage a wide variety of software products and services as well as, system architecture, documentation standards and organization, software installation, and basic networking.
  • Providing Citrix Systems administration. Including the management of a Citrix server farm, load balancing, monitoring, and performance tuning
  • Adhering to and implementing security standards and services
  • Assisting with technology research and assessment
  • Imaging servers and installing software.
  • Writing and maintaining scripts to streamline the installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration of environments
  • Document day-to-day operations procedures and protocols associated with hardware and operation system environments, as well as review system monitoring and logging of abnormalities.
  • Supporting large user bases consisting of 9000+ user accounts and 450+ servers in a high availability environment.
  • Provide 24x7x7 on-call support on a weekly rotation.
  • Thorough documentation and journal keeping.
  • Effective participation in meetings.
  • Provide Tier III technical support to the Marketron Support Center

Summary:

The Security Administrator is the point person for Marketron’s cyber security efforts. You are the brains behind the security operation. The Security Administrator is responsible for designing, installing, administering, and troubleshooting Marketron’s security solutions. You will lead Marketron’s efforts to secure its production, disaster recovery, and internal platforms against threats.

You will work closely with the rest of the IT team to build a multi-layered and robust defensive posture and recovery strategy in the event of a successful threat actor penetration. Your efforts will help to ensure and maintain platform uptime and adhere to customer SLAs.

Essential Duties (Including but not limited to the following):

  • The position requires you to develop and expand upon best practices and security standards to manage a wide variety of security software products and services, monitoring security access, documenting and remediating breaches, and assisting with advanced networking.
  • Updating software with the latest security patches and ensuring the proper defenses are present for each network resource.
  • Writing up security policies and training documents about security procedures for colleagues
  • Conducting security audits

Summary

The Paid Social Specialist manages online campaigns within primary social platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Pinterest.   This position will involve creating and monitoring paid social campaigns including brand awareness and lead gen objectives, trafficking and optimizing ads, and managing inventory across multiple platforms.  This position will also serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert in Paid Social to internal teams as well as to Marketron’s clients and their advertisers.  The Paid Social Specialist will develop and execute strategic and tactical initiatives designed to achieve our clients’ Paid Social program goals.

Essential Duties (Including but not limited to the following):

  • Assist in maximizing campaign exposure to a target audience.
  • Create compelling ads within social platform specs with continued testing of creative appeals, messaging and brand positioning.
  • Pull platform reporting to monitor campaign pacing and performance across platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns to meet challenging markets and competitive conditions in order to meet and/or exceed campaign objective targets as directed by clients and/or leadership.
  • Execute testing strategies across all major campaign assets or controls for success.
  • Understand client goals and how to maximize those measures of success through tactical strategies and technologies.
  • Generate and assemble internal reports, including front end data and backend accountability.
  • Track and monitor reporting of campaign results daily/weekly/quarterly/yearly basis, including Quarterly Business Reviews and End of Year analysis.
  • Careful attention to salient metrics and price points.
  • Complete activities according to best practices, standard operating procedures, and team member guidance.
  • Monitor and share industry news, online marketing trends, industry tools, and internal cross-team learnings.
  • Collaborate and partner with internal teams, social platform partners, and client teams.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with at least 1-2 years of experience working in paid social.
  • Hands on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets from $5k to $50k+.
  • Familiarity of self-serve platforms, API technology and in-platform reporting tools: Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Pinterest Analytics, Snap Business Manager, TikTok Business Center, Twitter Analytics,.
  • Problem solving & decision making – ability to use logic and methods to solve difficult problems, probes fruitful sources for input, makes good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgement.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal teams to provide clients with programmatic media recommendations and optimization strategies that align with client objectives

  • Capability of trafficking all creatives and setting campaigns up prior to launch date

  • Navigate through variety of third-party systems

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years experience in ad operations, campaign management, or media-buying in an adtech, SAAS, or agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of DSPs and programmatic platforms such as The Trade Desk, Centro, Simpli.fi, and/or MediaMath.
  • Previous experience in data analysis – providing and explaining performance reporting for digital campaigns.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Have the ability to provide timely feedback to colleagues, superiors, and partners
  • Proficiency in Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint
